Priessnitz UNIQUE STAY 2024The Priessnitz unique stay introduces Priessnitz's principles of a healthy way of life applicable to today’s hectic period. When treating individual diseases or setting appropriate preventive treatment in our spa, the physician proceeds from the client's current state of health and uses predominantly traditional Priessnitz procedures and methods that respect a healthy and natural way of life, including hydrotherapy according to V. Priessnitz, appropriate nutrition and movement therapy. The Priessnitz unique stay combines classic hydrotherapy, active movement, limb cooling and breathing exercises in the unique environment of the mountain climate of Priessnitz Spa.
