Exercises for back pain
This is an exercise to strengthen the deep stabilisation system, i.e. to stabilise and strengthen the abdominal and back muscles. It focuses on correct breathing, stretching of the muscles of the trunk and upper and lower limb girdles. The exercises are based on the knowledge of DNS, exercises according to Mojžíšová, SMsystem and other rehabilitation methods.
